1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using InboxCore services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, including individual users, businesses, and organizations.

InboxCore is operated by TechnologyRay ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

InboxCore provides business email hosting services, including but not limited to:

• Email hosting with custom domain support
• Webmail access
• IMAP and SMTP access for email clients
• Spam and virus filtering
• Calendar and contacts synchronization (where available)
• Technical support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Services to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or phishing messages
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or third parties
• Impersonate any person or entity

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use the Services for illegal activities

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing customers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

We accept payment via major credit cards and other methods as displayed during checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all content you send, receive, or store using the Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

We do not access, read, or analyze the content of your emails except as necessary for spam filtering, virus scanning, or when required by law.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data. We are not liable for any loss of data.

8. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment of fees
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxCore and TechnologyRay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InboxCore, TechnologyRay, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Content you send or receive through the Services

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
